You always get straight talk about your vehicle and I believe they treat you right because they believe in relationships and repeat business. No one is returning to any one's a service department if they feel they have been deceived. You never have to worry about that at Rusty Wallis. They treat you like family and only recommend the services that your Honda service manual recommends to keep your vehicle in top shape for the road. Service- Gas tank leak Jeff Peterson was my service advisor and took care of my care to ask me questions about the problems I was having with my 02 Civic , he called me late Jeff Peterson was my service advisor and took care of my care to ask me questions about the problems I was having with my 02 Civic , he called me later on and explained the problem I was having with my car.
