He never talked to me about a service based on the mileage of my vehicle. After I asked him he then offered the service. That added more time to my wait. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and the past 2 years the service department has been headed downhill. This is not the first time this has happen. My tires should have 35lbs and they have from 37 to 38 lbs. I am not sure if my service was done. More
I am beyond pissed. i took my car for the recall. then a couple days later my radio started acting up. at times it wouldnt come on at all. i took it back but of course t i took my car for the recall. then a couple days later my radio started acting up. at times it wouldnt come on at all. i took it back but of course they said it was some kind of faulty something so i had to pay $170 for diagnostics since they said it wasnt their fault. then when i got it back something was rattling when i would hit amall bumps in the road. so today i realized it was the glass on my dashboard. they didint connect it back properly. called to make an appt. they guy i spoke with (Chris) was basically telling me to wait until the lady that took care of me before comes back off vacay. cool... i told him i could come any day of the week but after 2. he told me monday at 3. at the time i didnt realize it was labor day so then at 4:50 i receive a text that my appt was for tuesday at 10am. so i called and the lady i spoke with told me that 3 is too late for them to check it out. first of all i just need it tightened up. i have already missed a day of work when i originally took it. the 2nd time (i still feel like it was their fault) i had to leave work to bring my car and find someone to take me to pick it back up. now you are asking me to do the same because whoever worked on it was not compitent (may be spelled wrong) enough to tighten it back up. im livid right now. these car lots dont care anything about us. this will def be my last honda if i have to deal with them More

I usually never write reviews or have a problem with this dealership ever since I’ve been coming here until recently. The car tech told me the price of an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid change wa dealership ever since I’ve been coming here until recently. The car tech told me the price of an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid change was $130. When I went to pay, the overall cost was $242 which is fine and understandable because of the taxes and fees. I just feel the communication could’ve been better because I wasn’t expecting to pay that much since I wasn’t told the overall price from the jump. I also didn’t get a mileage sticker, car wash, or a car diagnostic paper which is the first time EVER. I don’t know if it was too busy and everyone was running behind but the reason I get my oil change here is to get the diagnostic paper to see how my car is doing in every aspect. The car tech told me verbally my car was doing fine but the paper is still something I’ve gotten for every visit for almost 5 years now. The car tech was very nice. I just feel that during my visit, there was a shortcut taken to be done quick and not efficiently. More
