Joel was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and always made sure we were comfortable & did not need anything during the process. He realized that the car we were buying needed a new battery during our test drive and had the battery replaced as soon as we came back from the drive. Jeff Nelson was very helpful. The guy who does the "financing ", well once I said I didn't want the "insurance", even though I was paying cash for my car he was not very nice. The car was detailed beautifully and well maintained. As for making a deal, well....no. I was told they just couldn't budge after being asked what's it going to take to get me to buy this car. But I am very happy with the car and Jeff was very helpful at getting things set up in it! More
