Checked out the 2021 Chevy Silverado, ended up driving it home. Had a great sales person, Curran, showed us the truck, sent us on a road test, got a good trade in price. They rushed through everything and didn’t give time for questions. When I asked them to provide some information, like the cost of an extended warranty, they brushed it off and changed the subject immediat questions. You need to stand up for yourself and demand info when you want it, otherwise they will sweep it under the rug. I didn’t even get to talk about the price of the vehicle with them, or what any of the options of the vehicle where. I asked to go with the pre-approved loan with my company with a lower interest rate than the one they found, and they wouldn’t allow it. So now I am paying a higher interest rate. On top of that, I bought the vehicle on a Friday, and by Saturday evening the check engine light was on after 50 miles of ownership. Now, it’s going to be a week before I can even get in to get it fixed and no rental cars are available. More

We took delivery of our truck on Monday and Steve gave us lessons on operating the electronics and setting up our phone pairing!
