Great experience back at Ryan Chevrolet, we’ve previously worked with Jeff and it was a no- brainer to return for another purchase. Jeff quickly got us into the vehicle that best fit our needs with a few ext worked with Jeff and it was a no- brainer to return for another purchase. Jeff quickly got us into the vehicle that best fit our needs with a few extra pleasantly unexpected extra options. Finance quickly and smoothly got us through the business process as our toddlers were antsy to get into our new Chevy. Scott and Hanna were great in parts and service taking care of the accessories. Whole team effort for an awesome seamless experience. We’ll definitely be looking to this Ryan team the next time we’re in the market. More

Melisa was fantastic. I had little time to replace a car that was totaled and needed to find something that I still felt happy about. She worked quickly, found exactly what I wanted and had the paperwork and everything ready to go when I walked in the door. Easiest experience I have ever had. Melisa was also thorough and explained everything I needed to know. And she has a friendly and fun personality! Dane and Lisa and everyone I crossed paths with including the staff member at the rental car return also so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this entire team! More

Todd is a nice guy and appears to be learning about the new Jeep features. I was disappointed, after negotiating a trade-in value and driving 400 miles to pick up a 2021 Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve, to new Jeep features. I was disappointed, after negotiating a trade-in value and driving 400 miles to pick up a 2021 Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve, to learn that the sales manager's wife had put 2700 miles on the so-called "new" vehicle. This should have been communicated to me upfront, especially since I specifically inquired about the mileage (and was told that the vehicle was out of the store - manager's wife...). I was not offered any consideration for buying a $66,000 vehicle with a 3-year, "33,300 mile" warranty. Lesson learned - buyer beware! More
