I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted to purchase. Tom Kramm approached me and away we went. Working with Tom was great. After I made my decision on the color of the vehicle I quickly completed the preliminary paperwork. I then met with Nick Swenson who talked to me about protecting my vehicle from the elements. Nick explained everything really well and answered clarifying questions. After this I met with Tim Pelzer in finance. He went over my options and I was able to step outside and make a few phone calls. We spoke further and were able to make a deal that I was happy with. I was then ready to drive away with me new vehicle. Tom spent additional time with me going over more features to make sure I understood this vehicle. 10/10 would purchase another vehicle from Tom.
