Brian was the most amazing Salesman to work with. We came in with our short list of 4 vehicles to look at. He let us look at them, and even test drive a couple without coming with or being pushy. He didn't try to upsell us on different vehicles either. He let us do the shopping, all while being there to help! A vehicle was stuck in a patch of ice and he got it out for us so we could look at it and test drive! We all had fun stories to exchange also during the process so it was a great experience, getting to know someone and it wasn't all about the sale. He explained Pulse to us well and we added that in. (Side note we got to share that 2 days previous having a horrible experience with a car salesman at another dealership). It was so nice and easy and no stress involved. P.s. not salesman related, but the bathrooms are awesome! Pregnant lady here, I needed lots of breaks :D More

We were very pleased the vehicle was inside a heated area and ready for inspection when we arrived to get the vehicle, and that Steve took the time to explain the features and set up the electronics. Our financial person, Casey Hanson, was also very good to work with and we really appreciated that he was not pushy, but respectfully presented the available extended maintenance plans. He also had the paperwork mostly completely ahead of time which expedited the closing process. We would not hesitate to visit Ryan AutoMall for future vehicle purchases. Tim More
