I was buying my first car and just wanted someone who was familiar with the process. Doug was very helpful since I started with him. My only complaint is that I didn't get a final offer until I was in the business office signing the papers. There is something that this dealership offers on all of their vehicles but came up on every statement I was given including the final one. I had told them to take this $300 feature off, even in the end. Other than that Doug was very helpful and nice. I would recommend him. More

I was very picky on the features I wanted in a truck. Joe found the perfect truck for me and I’m very happy with it. The only negative aspect of this dealership is the gentleman in finance. He was so arrogant that I will never do business with Ryan Chevrolet again. The sales and accessories part was outstanding but the last 30 minutes of the deal, speaking with the finance gentleman, I almost walked out in the deal. More

Great crew to work with I had mentioned to Tim about 2 months ago that I was interested in trading up to a truck and to keep an eye out. After a little time with no word he’ I had mentioned to Tim about 2 months ago that I was interested in trading up to a truck and to keep an eye out. After a little time with no word he’d reassured he was looking for the right deal and that it was out there and it was out there. Once he found it, Doug stepped in and really made the truck stand out as the truck I wanted to bring home. They worked with me to make sure it was the right truck, Doug was personable and professional and kept in contact throughout the process, even walked through and showed me the bells and whistles.
