Good, but depending on who you talk too! I went into this dealership know some problematic individuals (Jeff Nelson), so I avoided him based on personal experience. Then I talked to Steve N. I was buying my first car and just wanted someone who was familiar with the process. Doug was very helpful since I started with him. My only complaint is that I didn't get a final offer until I was in the business office signing the papers. There is something that this dealership offers on all of their vehicles but came up on every statement I was given including the final one. I had told them to take this $300 feature off, even in the end. Other than that Doug was very helpful and nice. I would recommend him. More

Great deal on a great truck I had a great experience working with the salesman, Joe Breuer. He worked with me for approximately a month finding a truck that fits all my needs. I was very picky on the features I wanted in a truck. Joe found the perfect truck for me and I’m very happy with it. The only negative aspect of this dealership is the gentleman in finance. He was so arrogant that I will never do business with Ryan Chevrolet again. The sales and accessories part was outstanding but the last 30 minutes of the deal, speaking with the finance gentleman, I almost walked out in the deal. More
