I told him exact what I was looking for and he didn't try to change my mind, as others sometimes do. I knew exactly what I wanted! Even after the sale, Reece made sure any concerns were addressed. Kayla is absolutely adorable! She made sure we had all the information so that if we choose to have preventative services later that we are able to do so. Eric in service is awesome! Had a few minor issues and he took care of them with a smile! Overall, our family received excellent service and I highly recommend checking out the dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used (we got both) vehicle. More

Working with Scott makes the process simple and easy. All you have to do is tell him what outcome you would like to see. We wanted to trade in both our vehicles and get a newer Traverse model. Tim jumped in a got appraisals done immediately in order to get the process moving. Scott told us to go home and he would take care of the rest. Within a couple of hours Scott calls giving us the good news that we are going to be the proud owners of a 2019 Traverse Premium Redline Edition. Jeff went through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The whole process was completed with Scott giving us a complete breakdown of all the new features and how they work. The wife drove off smiling ear to ear - which makes that gut instinct of the perfect upgrade excellent. More
