Unreasonable Bought a used vehicle from this dealership within 10 miles check engine light came on. Brought vehicle back the very next morning. Asked John to take vehicle back and return my trade. He refused and stated they would fix it but couldn’t look at it until Monday since service department was closed on weekends. Asked to bring it to Monticello dealership for repair he agreed to do that. Lost work time due to dealership not having a loaner vehicle for me. Vehicle still being worked on at dealership to this day! Bought vehicle in April it’s now getting to the end of July and I still don’t have my vehicle back!! Called Rob Ryan about situation asked to trade my broken vehicle for a similar one at the Monticello dealership, they were unwilling to do that! Todd asked me about coming in to the Buffalo dealership and look at another vehicle. The one they asked me to look at had been sold already. Nobody called me to tell me that information! Looked at another vehicle. John would not work with me on vehicle price even after showing him a dent in the front and large scratches that according to John were not there before! Still don’t have my vehicle I purchased back in April!!!! More

Stress Free Experience This was probably the least stressful car buying experience I've dealt with in my twenty years of owning cars. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, This was probably the least stressful car buying experience I've dealt with in my twenty years of owning cars. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, were shown what was available with our original preference and a few comparative other options. When we found the van we loved but it was in our least favorite color, Damian did some searching and was able to find the van we wanted, at the price we needed, in the perfect color, at another location. Best car dealership experience so far Dealership experience is supposed to be time consuming, involve huggling, and at the end you often find out you spent more than you were set for (and Dealership experience is supposed to be time consuming, involve huggling, and at the end you often find out you spent more than you were set for (and not got what you thought was your trade worth); it was not unlike that this time, but four and a half hours and four test drives later (which involved roundtrip to lot in nearby city of Monticello) we are glad we did it.
