Melisa is great to work with and I just purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass and I can honestly say I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience. Melisa is great to work with and very knowledgeable. She took me through all the technology in the vehicle and made sure I understood what she was telling me. While waiting for financing she stayed with me and we chatted like we were old friends. I felt very comfortable and not pressured in the slightest. If you're in the market for a new ride, I definitely recommend going to see Melisa. I worked with Shaun in the finance department and he was stellar. I have a very challenging credit history, and like their website states, he worked extremely hard to secure me a loan with terms I can live with. I am a very happy girl today.
