He made the stressful part of purchasing go smoothly. Lisa is also awesome. She thoroughly explained all of the extra options I could add on to my purchase. She was very diligent in returning my phone calls and was always in a pleasant mood and very easy to talk to. (The good side). I have bought many brands of vehicles in my 40-plus years of driving but I never truly owned an error-free car until I started buying Jeeps. Truthfully, the Patriot I traded in was a perfect car for the 4 years I owned it. Never any problems. But a rental Jeep showed me that I wanted more bells and whistles and I now have the Renegade Trailhawk. As always my favorite car salesman (Todd) helped me get a deal I couldn't refuse and made sure I was totally happy before he would let me out of the dealership. I love Jeep and I love Ryan Auto Mall.
