Lanae Boltz is a caring and thoughtful sales consultant.... I very much appreciated the kindness and respect I and my Mom were treated with when working with Lanae. Women can truly be wonderful salespeople for ANY item, and Lanae did not dissapoint me. She listened to all of my questions and concerns and was even compassionate when hearing about a recent auto accident I had as well as my background. She offered to buy me snacks from the vending machine when my blood sugars were running low during the selling/paperwork process. She even put on my liscense plates on the car. Bill, her manager was also very friendly and kind and he took an additional $300 of the vehicle price which I did appreciate. Lanae, even being new was wise to mke sure she got questions answered by other staff members when she herself did not have the answer. It was VERY important for me to see the other MALE staff members being extremely friendly and helpful to LaNae. All of thease many details are noticed by the customer and when you feel great "energy" between you and your salesperson, that matters SO MUCH when making a decison to actually purchase from them rather than keep looking elsewhere. TRUST developed between LaNae and myself and then Bill was ALSO kind and trustworthy, so I made the choice to purchase. I TRULY wish LaNae much further success and congratulations Ryan Auto for making t he RIGHT decision and hiring LaNae because YOU trusted her like I did. I love my Chevrolet Impala! More

Walked away without my new car! Excellent Salesman I went into the dealership not knowing what I wanted and my salesman Doug Rambow helped me determine what fit my needs the best.
