I sent off an E-mail about a vehicle I wanted to test drive and they responded back immediately. when I got there to test drive the vehicle, a little chilly that day, they had the vehicle ready to go, out front next to the building,cleaned up, and running so it was warm in the vehicle for the test drive. The test drive was Great, Doug Rambow who was the salesman I worked with let me drive the vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch during the test drive, which made for a great test drive. After the test drive Doug left me alone to go through the vehicle to do a thorough inspection, He allowed me to take as much time as I needed. Doug was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, any questions I had during and after the test drive he answered, Doug was more then happy to spend as much time with you as needed, and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase, which is what made my experience, and purchase, of a vehicle with Ryan Auto Mall stress free and enjoyable.
