Exceeded my expectations I drove by yesterday and on a whim stopped in to look at a Jeep. I was promptly greeted by Damian upon my arrival. From the time I walked through the door, test drove my new ride, signed the paperwork and left, I spent no more than 55 minutes in the dealership. They made the process seem effortless and were a pleasure to work with. Great Dealership, recently purchased a 2015 chevy malib 2015 This was my first time purchasing a car from out of state. I had a wonderful salesman who had lots of years of experience and his name is DOUG RAMBOW. This was my first time purchasing a car from out of state. I had a wonderful salesman who had lots of years of experience and his name is DOUG RAMBOW. He answered all my questions with quick responses. He help make my purchase fast and eazy Just as i wanted it to be because i live in Florida. He even went out his way to FaceTime me the vehicle of my new car. Im pregnant with my first kid so traveling to the dealership was definitely not an option for me. Lol. Had a small problem with the transport delivery service. It took 4 days to get to FL. which was great! but when it got here the car was very filthy with hard mudstains from top to bottom. It was covered in dirt and mud and other road debri. I was highly upset with the transport company his name is Mark. They failed to give me my options and tell me all the fine prints of delivery. This was my first time ever purchasing a car out of state. So I wasn’t aware that i had an option of either having a close trailer delivery to keep my car clean. I dnt recommend the transport company to NOBODY. Heard they a outside company but works with the dealership for many years. They didnt care and was very rude. I contacted Doug and he responded quickly and even offered to reimburse me from his own pockets to get my car washed. even though it wasn’t his fault. He went over and beyond his job criteria. He’s awsome. I highly recommending Doug Rambow! More
