My experience with this dealership was the best I have ever had - hands down! I was greeted at the door with a pleasant smile from Todd who was very enthusiastic to help. I gave the description of what I was looking for, and he followed all the details to a "T" (except for the fact that he was able to upgrade my used car theory into a brand new one with a great warranty!! There were no pushy sales tactics, and he kept this transaction very stress free. Loved working with all of the staff - right down to Dane in the finance office (let's be real... no one likes the "final" paperwork process, and the fact that you have to pay for your shopping spree). He read me instantly, understood what research I had already done and let me focus on the car and the drive rather than ask non relevant probing questions. He answered all questions I had and even offered some useful information I wouldn't have thought to ask. Best part? He was more than happy to let me leave and think over the car knowing I wasn't ready to purchase at that moment. Doug stayed in touch with me, checking in via my preferred form of contact, email, and wasn't invasive at all. Once I was ready to come back out again for a second test drive Doug handed my mechanic and I the keys and told us to let him know if we had any questions when we got back. All in all the dealership and everyone I worked with conveyed a family attitude, not afraid to joke at one another's expense, but always with respect behind it. If you're looking for a car it's worth the drive out to Buffalo! More
