The more I had shopped the more frustrated I became. Doug Rambow said hi and immediately put me at ease as he started reviewing many of my options from Ryan's massive inventory. Though bitterly cold, Doug gladly ran out into the cold and brought car after car into a warm "inspection area" for me to thoroughly go over the cars and take out for a test drive. His patience and friendly non-aggressive style put me at ease as I felt like I was visiting an old friend who was giving me good advise as he helped me make a difficult decision. I am retired and money is tight. I drove away with a car years newer and with less miles than I thought I could afford thanks to the good deal Doug helped me accomplish and Josh in Finance's guidance. Easy as pushing a button My purchase of a used car at Ryan Auto Mall was much easier than I expected. I found a car that I liked online and send them my contact information. I was called the next day and emailed twice in the next week. They arranged to hold my car until I could get there after Thanksgiving. Once I was there, I took it for test drive and was able to complete the purchase, license the car, and drive it home within a couple hours. Consider me very satisfied. More
