Top of the Line Customer Service!!! Doug Rambow was very kind, polite, professional, respectful, and caring towards me throughout the entire process of buying my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. I Doug Rambow was very kind, polite, professional, respectful, and caring towards me throughout the entire process of buying my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. I was new to buying a car from a dealership and never knew how the process worked. Doug made me feel right at home, just as of I was buying my car from a family member. I would most definitely buy my next car from Doug at Ryan Auto Mall. I would stress to all other people to do the same. He never gave any expressions that made him seem pushy or that he was hiding something unlike the typical stereotype of a car salesman. He was the complete opposite of that, he told me to contact him if I had any questions after the sale was final. I took him up on his offer, as a result, Doug took time out of his day to help me better unstand my OnStar (something which i never had nor used before).
