This dealership is focused on customer serivce I found a car on Auto Trader so I called this dealership to ask a few questions. I was transferred to Bruce, who was very friendly and helpful. He offered to check out the car for me and call me back, which he did. He let me know it was in great condition. When I arrived to test drive the car, the dealership was quite busy (7:00 pm on a weeknight) but Doug and Bruce "tag-teamed" to make sure we were taken care of. We asked a question about a "ticking" noise and Bruce took it very seriously. He came in the next morning at 7:30 a.m. to have the guys look at it and he called me to tell me it was a normal sound from the fuel injection. The pricing and negotiation were all done professionally and there was no high pressure selling from Bruce. We decided to buy the car and the entire experience was excellent. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was professional and focused on customer service. The Delivery Coordinator, Bri, and the Business Manager, Steve, were all wonderful.
