The dealership was easy to find, clean and well-presented. Kevin Haugen was available to help us. He was very nice and friendly, not pushy at all. He had great communication. The buying process was easy. The Suburban was cleaned up nice. The one negative is that they sent us home with our new car not having a full tank of gas. It would have been a nice gesture after spending thousands of dollars to top off our tank. We would definitely work with Kevin and Ryan Auto Mall again. More

top notch service without a doubt! I brought my town and country in because the serpentine belt was coming apart. I was quoted 115 dollars to repair it. but after it was worked on by th I brought my town and country in because the serpentine belt was coming apart. I was quoted 115 dollars to repair it. but after it was worked on by the mechanic he discovered a pulley or tension bar was off center and caused the problem. so instead of paying a hundred and fifteen dollars the work was covered under the powertrain warranty and was no cost to me. and since the part wasn't available for a couple days I got a loaner car free of charge. Now, that's is good service! Makes me feel like I have discovered a truly good dealership. More

Bob made the car buying experience quick and easy, there was absolutely no pressure to buy and he directed me towards exactly what I wanted. He was also very knowledgeable and had most of my questions answered before I asked them. I worked with Jeff Siebert in the finance department and he made it quick and easy, all I had to do was sign my name. It was definitely a pleasure to work with both of them and I will go back. More
