top notch service without a doubt! I brought my town and country in because the serpentine belt was coming apart. I was quoted 115 dollars to repair it. but after it was worked on by the mechanic he discovered a pulley or tension bar was off center and caused the problem. so instead of paying a hundred and fifteen dollars the work was covered under the powertrain warranty and was no cost to me. and since the part wasn't available for a couple days I got a loaner car free of charge. Now, that's is good service! Makes me feel like I have discovered a truly good dealership. More

What will Ryan Auto Mall do? I purchased a used. hybrid Cadillac Escalade in 2010. It was a 2009 model, and cost $58,000. It was my wife's and my "dream car." Three days ago (last I purchased a used. hybrid Cadillac Escalade in 2010. It was a 2009 model, and cost $58,000. It was my wife's and my "dream car." Three days ago (last Sunday evening) we had a blow-out 120 miles from home. There was heavy traffic, and we we next to the road. We tried to change the tire, and lo and behold, there was no jack, no spare tire, and no tire changing kit. We contacted our local dealer (Eau Claire, Wis.), and after a few phone calls back-and-forth, we found that car came from the factory without a spare tire or jack. We had never heard of such a thing ... Buying A $58,000 car, and not getting a spare tire/jack. It was not disclosed to us that there was no spare tire/jack, and we didn't even think to ask. As I said, we never have heard of such a thing. We have disclosure papers from Ryan Auto Mall, and these papers did not mention about there not being a spare. Isn't this a violation of some sort of a safety law? At very least, it is an ethical lapse. We are waiting to hear whether Bob Adams Auto Mall will do the right thing, and give us a spare tire, rim, and jack (and whatever other part may be missing). If they do, we will sing its praises publicly. If not, we will be singing a different song. Please watch this space for future developments. More

My husband drove me home before he went to work. When the truck was fixed, someone from Ryan picked me up and drove me to the shop. The experience was as pleasant, efficient and convenient. Awesome Experience Having need for an oil change in my truck, I sent a quick email inquiry to the Ryan Auto Mall regarding the new 2015 Special Edition Silverado's. Aft Having need for an oil change in my truck, I sent a quick email inquiry to the Ryan Auto Mall regarding the new 2015 Special Edition Silverado's. After learning they had what I was interested in, Pat Ryan made time for me with their Sales Manager, Scott Goodmanson that afternoon. Upon arrival, they had the truck pulled up front waiting for me to look at. While test driving, Scott quickly assessed the value of my truck and put together a deal that was to good to pass up! I got a tour of the service facilities, and a thorough walk-though of all the new technology features in the truck. Scott even showed me how to download and operate the RemoteLink app! Lisa Stifter in the accessories department also helped me decide on a couple of additional accessories and promptly scheduled the installation. This was my first time at Ryan Auto Mall, and it was my best buying experience out of the six Silverado's I've purchased since 1997. More
