I can't say enough how good the service is and at their sister dealership right next door as well, Ryan Chevrolet as I have had experience with them in the past via my mom previously buying 5 cars since 1990 and I’ve always been part of the buying experiences, though this is my first review of my recent Jeep purchase for Ryan Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge. My recent 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited purchase was smooth, non-complicated experience and best of all, Amanda Greenwaldt, my sales consultant is my permanent 'Go To' consultant for all future auto buying needs. Amanda was GREAT to work with, very patient and flexible in discussing my needs. All the staff that I interacted with from the Sales Manager, to the Finance Manager were all looking out for my needs and to ensure I was happy and confident with my decision. There is no 'Hard Sell or Pressure' to buy, you are in the driver’s seat and all you need to do is communicate your needs and the staff will do what they can to deliver. I was especially happy with the trade in value I was provided which was far above from what inner city dealers would have paid I believe from my own research. Ryan’s quote, ‘Cars cost less in Buffalo’ has been true for years. There are a lot of shady dealerships out there, I think driving an extra 50 miles from where I currently live (Inver Grove Heights) to ensure a good price and buying experience was an excellent choice as Ryan consistently delivers. Back to Amanda, she is very professional, courteous, savvy and fun to work with. She has a ton of auto knowledge and was able to answer any question that I had asked. It's no wonder why Amanda has built a strong following of repeat buyers as commitment to excellent service is her highest concern and is exactly what I witnessed on the busy Memorial day weekend, seeing her interact with multiple customers during a period of time.
