John took all the time necessary to explain and showed us how the Corvette operated. He showed patience, answered all questions we asked and was not in a hurry. He has great knowledge and experience with high-performance cars which helped him during instructions of operation day of pick-up. A final note, we were extremely satisfied with all the Ryan Chevrolet associates that we dealt with, all conducted themselves in a professional, courteous manner. More
