Every thing went smoothly Ryan Keeney was our contact person at Ryan Auto Mall, when we found one of their vehicles on line. Our previous vehicle had been totaled in an accident and there were some insurance details to get finalized, before we could proceed with the purchase of a newer van from Ryan's, that delayed the process. Ryan was understanding about it, patient and even held the vehicle for us for almost a week, until things could get straightened out. He was polite, patient and courteous. We would recommend him to anyone. More

I no longer would recommend them for service! I purchased a new 2012 Ram 1500 from this dealer a few years ago and dealt with Todd. That was a good experience, Todd was excellent. Since then, I purchased a new Ram 2500 from New Prague. I've service (just oil changes/tire rotations) from this place on both Rams at separate times and each time, they've failed to totally complete the job. First time, forgot to reset the oil change indicator on the 1500. Its easy, I did it myself, but there is principal involved. Second time came this past April on a Saturday with my 2500. They were suppose to check the tires and inflate to the proper air pressure. Nope! Never checked them, two were low and my low pressure indicator came on a day later indicating the left rear was under 70psi. Just saying, both times they failed to complete the total job. I've also gotten poor responses from the service manager when calling with a quesiton. For service, I deal with McKay's in St. Cloud/Waite Park. Its a little further, but an overall better service department IMO. More
