Tom Sherwin was always extremely nice, and helped me look at the car. These two guys were extremely helpful, and made me feel like they actually care about me and my experience. Now the Finance employee, Mitch Anderson, was probably the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. He was completely unorganized, and would constantly talk about his personal life, I'm sorry but I do not care about your personal life, I'm trying to buy a car. Not only that but he lost a 6 grand check, then asked me to figure it out. I gave you the check it is not my problem that you lost it. Not only that, but he told me this has apparently happened before. What I don't understand is how this happens in the first place, but not only has it happened once, but it has happened twice. It has happened before, and you guys still haven't figured out your xxxx yet. That's jus ridiculous This entire process has been the most frustrating experience that I have ever had. Honestly because of this experience, I don't know if I would ever come back to buy a car from Ryan's Chevrolet, or if I could ever recommend someone to buy a car from here. More
