Bruce went over a lot of different options with me and always helping me stay within the budget I wanted. He was not pushy at all. Bruce was always communicating with me throughout the whole process. We went to pick up the van and Shaun had all my paperwork ready and I knew what my payment was going to be before I even got to the dealership to pick up the van. Shaun was very efficient and speedy with the paperwork and we were outta there in no time! As always - very happy customer! More
