Kudos to the entire Ryan's team and specifically to Kevin and to Doug Rambow for the assist. My only comment relates to 'client services' which played an incongruent part in the sale. They called a couple days into the process leaving a message that they had 'important information to share about our vehicle'- but when contacted, they knew little - if anything - about the vehicle, the sales rep or where the sale was in the process. Bizarre. That said, we'll not only be back, we'll recommend Ryan's others! More

As always a good experience Great and timely service from the staff in the service department. When I look at the paper with the checks it reads "Oil leak"....WHAT? no one said anything about an oil leak. My fan wasn't working They found a fan for my older car and replaced it. The guys are always courteous.. I had a flat tire also while I was there which they fixed.
