No pressure from the staff in any way, even the nice lady who did the accessory sales pitch did so in a very knowledgeable way with no pressure. My No Thanks was enough, no arguing. The vehicle sale itself was easy. I knew exactly what I wanted, salesman Nate had the truck up front when I arrived. We took it for a drive, and he pointed out an identical truck with the accessories already installed. Nate took time to check on all the incentives, rebates, and other possible ways to lower the price - which was already the best price I could find. I got a reasonable trade in on my old truck (I had checked the trade in value before hand, guestimated, and they offered exactly what I wanted!). Ryan Auto Mall is an A+ dealership! More
