He was very apologetic and worked with me right at that moment until we found tires that I was satisfied with. Doing that told me that he had a sense of remorse for missing my e-mail, even though it was an honest mistake. I have a sense of trust established with Aaron, as well as a continued trust in the service centers at Ryan Auto Mall. More

We were told "buy today, it won't be here tomorrow", well sure theirs are less but are they certified?, "Ryan huh? we can't beat that price" "are you buying today, if not I don't have time to let you test drive it". On Tuesday we came back to Ryan because Steve did not pressure us at all. He allowed us to check out the cars, he made some suggestions and now we are the owners of a 2014 Impala. We would definitely go back to Ryan and of course Steve. More

Purchasing a car is an adventure Usually we come to Ryan's Auto Mall on a Sunday, so we can look at the vehicles at our leisure. But, last Tuesday, we decided to check out a car or Dodge Journey We had seen a Chrysler 200 at another dealership, really liked it, but weren't keen on the color. Andy came to us, listened to our choices. He showed us the Chrysler 200 in a color we really loved. it looked like a top notch car and he thought it would work well for our needs. Andy gave us his full attention. He sold the car, not by being pushy, for a sale, but by his knowledge of the vehicle, his answers to our questions and his calmness and friendliness. Plus, before we left the lot, c Andy sat in the back seat of our new car and went through every detail of the car and answered each question we had. On our way out, we said, "What a nice guy, one we would do business with again!" More
