On Thursday evening, I came out and my Chevrolet Impala had lights flashing that said I needed to " Service Stabilitrak". This had never happened before and I wasn't sure what to do. As I drove home my c had lights flashing that said I needed to " Service Stabilitrak". This had never happened before and I wasn't sure what to do. As I drove home my car was also flashing that I was losing power. I was not able to drive over 30 miles per hour on the way to Buffalo. I was hoping to make it to Ryan's where I had purchased the car. I got to Ryan's at 7:40 and Brad Harloff, Service Manager, told me that my problems were due to the extreme cold weather. He also gave me a courtesy car to drive home that night. He told me to call him in the morning. When I called him the next morning and he gave me the bad news that it would cost over $500 to fix the car, I told him that couldn't afford that much. He worked with me on the price and waived the diagnostic fee. My car was fixed by noon on Friday. Brad called me to let me know the car was repaired and I picked it up on Friday night. Brad Harloff was very courteous and did exactly what he said he would do and waived the diagnostic fee. My car is fixed now and driving fine. More

Amanda Greenwaldt was great to work with answered all of our questions set up our logistics getting to the airport. Amanda was not pushy, the vehicle was for my daughter and she related very well with her o our questions set up our logistics getting to the airport. Came in to test drive trucks and had Tim and Jake running back and forth to find the right one for me. Other than a printer error with my purchase all went well. Came in for service a week later for a tannea back and forth to find the right one for me. Other than a printer error with my purchase all went well. However, the software update did not fix the issue with the screen shutting off. More

I purchased a 2011 Chevy impala, and he made it so easy and stress free! He had the vehicle washed and inside waiting for me to look at, which is a bonus when the temp outside is -20 degrees!! Scott Goodmanson is very knowledgable about the vehicles he is selling and is willing to go above and beyond to make the car buying process as easy and stress free as possible.
