My wife expected me to be in a bad mood when I got home, but couldn't believe how pleasant I was! It was a reflection of my entire experience at Ryan! Kirk Crowell was extremely courteous, very friendly, and NOT AT ALL "pushy." He seemed genuinely interested in not only getting me the car that I wanted, at a price that was agreeable to me, but also in making the entire process a very pleasant experience! I went from "just window shopping" to closing a deal in a VERY short time, and took delivery just a few days later -- despite a break for the Thanksgiving holiday.
