After a 20 mile drive and 2+ hours of wait time, the lift gate was recalibrated and I was sent on my way. Lift gate still did not work. Called and spoke to Matt on 2/11. He was to speak with Chad again and with Jeep CS to determine next steps for repair and call me back. It is now 2/17 and I still have not heard from them. On 2/12 I took the Jeep to Luther Jeep in Brooklyn Park. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty latch. I will not return to Ryan Auto for service. More

When we arrived at the dealership later that day, the finance paperwork was all done and the vehicle ready for a test drive and purchase. All we had to do was quickly review the paperwork and enter our signatures. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour including the test drive! Amazing!!
