I was looking for a very specific car, and made those specifications very clear in my inquiries to the dealerships that I contacted by email. Jake Jacobson was the ONLY rep that responded to my exact request (out of about 10). I didn't get a bunch of auto-reply emails or phone calls that were completely non-responsive (as if they had no idea what I was looking for ) and Jake was prompt, responsive and totally efficient. From the time I contacted Jake in Minnesota to when I had the car in Las Vegas was about a week. Completely painless transaction, with appropriate follow-up by Jake. I would buy a car from him again in a second - despite the fact that I live nowhere near him. More

I recently purchased a Hemi GC from Ryan and the overall experience was great. Amada Greenwaldt was great to work with from my first phone call thru the entire purchase process. Dane Dornbush was able to get me a great finance rate (lower than others in town) and made that process go very smooth. Ryan's advertised pricing seemed to be lower than others in town as well. Employees were very friendly and responsive; listened to me and followed up on questions and requests. My husband and I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for about 6 months before finding exactly what we were looking for at Ryan Auto Mall. We worked with Amanda Greenwaldt, who was excellent. She answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly and was not at all pushy. She was very friendly and it was obvious that she took great pride in her job and the company. Shaun Olson helped us with financing and he was great, too. He even worked with the bank to surprise us with an even better rate than the already-low one that we were orginally promised. Very knowledgable and down-to-earth. We drove about 7 hours to get to the dealership, but the price was significantly less than everywhere else that we looked, so it was definitely worth it. We would definitely use Ryan Auto Mall again in the future. More

Amanda Greenwaldt was so amazing to work with when my husband and I were on a search for a new truck. We have two small children and she created a relationship with them instantly.
