Purchased a new car from Shane Lynch a little over a week ago. Drove more than 10 cars at 3 dealerships - the courtesy shown to me by Shane was outstanding. I live in Milton, Florida which is quite a few miles from Buffalo. I saw a 2002 ZO6 Corvette advertised on Ebay which sounded like exactly what I was looking for. After contacting Bruce Varner, I was convinced that this car was in excellent condition, and a good buy. Bruce's daily contact with me was reassuring enough for me to buy a one way ticket to Minneapolis, solely on his word alone. We had developed a trust early on with each other, and the car was exactly as Bruce had said it was! At age 63 I have bought dozens of vehicles in my lifetime, but this deal with Bruce was without doubt the smoothest, friendliest vehicle purchase I have ever completed. I told Bruce, that I would probably drive the ZO6 back to Bob Ryan's when I'm able to move up to a ZR1. Bruce Varner is a real assett to the dealership, and I have nothing but praise for the way he dealt with me. More

We were in desperate need of a car and have been intimidated by the larger dealerships in the past. We took the plunge and visited Ryan's Auto Mall with great success. We weren't pressured to buy anything that we didn't want/need from either the sales floor or finance. Things took longer than I would have expected but I am so grateful they did not rush me into something and worked hard to get me the lowest financing possible. I still am intimidated by large dealerships but NOT Ryan Auto Mall. More

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Ryan Chevrolet and our Sales Associate Kevin Haugen. We were on a budget and had never gone through the car buying process before, needless to with Ryan Chevrolet and our Sales Associate Kevin Haugen. Kevin Haugen could not have been more helpful and patient when it came to narrowing the decision down to the vehicle that best met our needs. When it came time to set up the financing Mitch Anderson explained all of the different options we had and made us feel very comfortable. Now that the sale is completed I have called Kevin with questions a couple of different times and he answered them all very quickly. It is very evident that customer service after the sale is right at the top of his priority list. I will be recommending Kevin Haugen at Ryan Auto Mall to everyone I know for their future vehicle purchases. More

The only problem I had with this incident was that the part my vehicle needed wasn't in stock and on back-order without an expected delivery date. Thanks to Jihan for a fabulous buying experience.
