I was extremely satisfied with my experience with sales and finance at Ryan Auto Mall. I was in search for a new vehicle and had a few different models that I was interested in. What swayed my decision to purchase a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at Ryan Auto Mall was Sales Consultant, Shane Lynch. I was in search for a vehicle to fit my portable fish house. I mentioned this to Shane when I was looking at the back end of the jeep and he offered to drive the vehicle to my home with me (my home wasn't far from the dealership, but I was not offered this at any other dealerships in the area!!) to see if it fit! So, we did just that! I even got to see how it would fit in my garage! I got straight up answers, no lies, no lines, no stories from Shane. I had a trade-in and was able to negotiate a price that i was satisfied with. When it came time to finish the paperwork, I was in Shaun Olson's office for no more than 10 minutes, if it was even that! Everything was ready, including my new JEEP sitting in the bay all cleaned up! So if you are contemplating between dealerships/vehicles, I cannot say enough terrific things about the service and great pricing that I had received from Ryan Auto Mall. More

I was quoted a price to replace a front wheel bearing on my Chev HHR of $600.00 at your dealership. "That"s outrageous", I said. "I could try and get it done for around $550.00", he said. "I could find an after market unit and install it for $471.00", he said. I checked and I can purchase a good quality unit on line for $105.00. I'm sure you buy them for around that price also. Budgeting about 1.5 hours to change out the bearing that would leave you $495.00 for labor and profit. Aren't you ashamed. I am more than willing to pay a reasonable price for your service. I was insulted to think you would try to charge me such an outrageous price for such a basic repair. I will probably not come back to the Ryan Auto Mall to get abused again. When I applied online applications @ Ryan Chevrolet. I was surprise that the sales person called me right away and asked me if some one called me yet so I said no one but then he asked me my name and more was surprise that the sales person called me right away and asked me if some one called me yet so I said no one but then he asked me my name and more info about me , then he said one of the sales person already had my applications. So then that person called me and introduce herself so we talked and I said I really need a car but I'm not sure if I get qualified for my credits . So then she says don't worry she's doing the best she could to get me approved sure enough she did. I'm so thankful to Jihan Dizayee for helping me to get approved to get my 2012 LT IMPALA.. I'm so grateful for her help and so are the services department. I'm so blessed and happy for my car and I enjoyed my ride everyday.
