I was very disappointed in the after service we received once they got our money. During negotiations we were promised a new navigation disc for our vehicle since the one for the vehicle was missing. When they called that the disc was in I made a special trip back to Buffalo for the disc...which turned out to be the old one. Now during price negotiations we conceded on few points with the understanding that we would be getting a new navigation disc that would be updated (we were told several time how EXPENSIVE this was going to be for the dealer and that we would be getting the newest version for free). If I had known that they had NO intention of providing the newest and most current version that would have changed our stand on things that we "negotiated" for. I was also told one price for an item that needed to be ordered and when I picked up that item the price had jumped $5. Now $5 does not seem like a lot, but when you have already been taken advantage of it becomes more a matter of principle. We had purchased a vehicle from another dealer in the past and it has been a number of years, every time we go in for any reason they offer to wash our vehicle. When I asked about a car wash at Ryan's they told me I had to have service done. I pointed out that the service I had come in for (customer service) was sub par and that it was basically a waste of my time the sales associate told me I "didn't drive in that far (20 miles round trip) and that she doesn't get free car washes for coming in". I thought that was funny...since she comes in to get paid and I came in to followup on broken promises by the dealership. We had brought our previous vehicle there for service in the past and thought we would try keep business local. After this experience, we will no longer service any vehicles there, nor recommend this dealership for service or sales. More

Paul was a nice guy but delivered the car at night and it was filthy and covered with hard water spots (that took me a day to get out with a clay bar and polish). The service was very good and not pushy or condescending. Andy was very helpful when answering questions. We had limited time in order for us to do this deal and Andy and Jeff were accommodating. I brought in my 2012 Denali for an oil change and rotation. Never having been there before, I went to the wrong building. After telling the mgr what I needed done, I went to the waiting area. Within rotation. Never having been there before, I went to the wrong building. After telling the mgr what I needed done, I went to the waiting area. Within 5 minutes the mgr found me and told me I needed a synthetic blend oil which they didn't have. I appreciated his honesty as I imagine other places may have just put in regular oil and sent me on my way. Luckily the mechanic hadn't drained the oil yet and the mgr directed me to the correct Ryan Chevrolet/Cadillac bay where they had the oil I needed. (Very friendly mgr at the 1st place I stopped! Sorry, didn't get his name) Within 10 minutes they had my truck in to service it. While waiting for it, the mgr came out and told me that the tread wear was the same on each tire and I didn't need to rotate them. I had never heard this before and was just going by the old "rule of thumb" of rotating every 7,500 miles. He said he would do it for me but I was wasting my money. I guess I'm still a little unsure of this and will check into it with the dealer I bought it from last November to get their opinion. But I appreciated his opinion and trust he was correct. And loved saving a few bucks! (I just bought this vehicle new late last year and this would have been the 1st rotation.) I am VERY pleased with the way I was treated at both places.
