I called to see if the service area was busy for an oil change and they were not, so I just stopped in. I had received an email & letter from them and realized my oil needed to be changed! I was not satisfied with the current car I was driving and my wife had bought a 2011 Jeep from Jeff at Ryan's. So I went to check out what they had and found out Jeff had retired so I wanted to do busine and my wife had bought a 2011 Jeep from Jeff at Ryan's. She has the same sales attitude that Jeff had, she made me feel comfortable with the type of car I was looking for, did not make me feel pressured into making a decision, helped me build my suv. She was very helpful with the ordering process making sure that what I wanted was on the order before it was sent in. She was great on the delivery date, came back to work the night I took delivery to make sure everything went ok. Amanda went though the vehicle with me and answered all my questions before I left. We have bought from you before and had great service. We used Steve Edmondson, but he was out for surgery. Howie did an ok job job. I called Monday June 24th, bought June 20th. We realized Sunday evening one of the fobs didn't work. Howie told me to try to put a battery in, but I feel they should have been checked and working. I know it's used, so I guess I will try it. He said to call back if it didn't work. Also, Howie should keep to hand shakes not hugs. My daughter thought it was funny, but I thought not professional. It was harmless, but he shouldn't do that. Hand shakes are professional. Thank You, we would buy from you again. This was my daughters first experience buying a vehicle, so we had lots of questions.
