The experience we had at Ryan Auto Mall was great. We were looking at a few different dealerships that had the vehicle we wanted and enjoyed the experience with Jeff Nelson over other dealerships. Jeff was knowledgeable and answered questions, was not pushy, and gave use the time to discuss the decision off-site. As for the dealership, they made sure the car was clean and well presented. They took time to show us all they had to offer but did not push any accessories or add-on. We appreciated this approach verses the "what will it take to get the deal done now" approach. Price was a factor and they offered pricing in line with others we were looking at. However, because we were working off internet pricing there was not much room to lower the purchase price or add value to our potential trade. Overall great experience and we will look to work with Jeff and Ryan Auto Mall when future vehicle needs arise. More

I brought my Jeep in for service on a recall, to have the oil changed and to have a small dent repaired that was there when I bought (from Morries across street). Customer service is bar none! I walked in to get a key made for my son and saw a 2013 ram. I looked at that one and others outside. I went up to a salesperson who happened to be Andy. He answered my questions. I was not looking to buy, but the truck was so nice. Andy suggested that I bring in my truck for a trade quote. He said you don't know until you try. There was absolutely no pressure. Andy gave me his card and I went home. My wife suggested we check back with Andy. I did. We made 2 visits before we bought. Again no pressure. I was very disappointed in the after service we received once they got our money. During negotiations we were promised a new navigation disc for our vehicle since the one for the vehicle was missing. When once they got our money. During negotiations we were promised a new navigation disc for our vehicle since the one for the vehicle was missing. When they called that the disc was in I made a special trip back to Buffalo for the disc...which turned out to be the old one. Now during price negotiations we conceded on few points with the understanding that we would be getting a new navigation disc that would be updated (we were told several time how EXPENSIVE this was going to be for the dealer and that we would be getting the newest version for free). If I had known that they had NO intention of providing the newest and most current version that would have changed our stand on things that we "negotiated" for. I was also told one price for an item that needed to be ordered and when I picked up that item the price had jumped $5. Now $5 does not seem like a lot, but when you have already been taken advantage of it becomes more a matter of principle. We had purchased a vehicle from another dealer in the past and it has been a number of years, every time we go in for any reason they offer to wash our vehicle. When I asked about a car wash at Ryan's they told me I had to have service done. I pointed out that the service I had come in for (customer service) was sub par and that it was basically a waste of my time the sales associate told me I "didn't drive in that far (20 miles round trip) and that she doesn't get free car washes for coming in". I thought that was funny...since she comes in to get paid and I came in to followup on broken promises by the dealership. We had brought our previous vehicle there for service in the past and thought we would try keep business local. After this experience, we will no longer service any vehicles there, nor recommend this dealership for service or sales. More
