I had a great experience at the Buffalo, Ryan Auto Mall dealership. Chris was friendly and not pushy. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle that was not a Ford. Everyone at the dealership was happy and didn't seem to mind at all that we were there until after 8:30 on a Friday night...which is an hour and a half past their closing time. When I said I was sorry to be keeping them so long on a Friday, I was told more than once that it was no problem at all and that they appreciated my business more than leaving at 6:00. WOW! Great customer service! Everyone from my salesman, to the lot attendant-to the finance manager, took their time and answered any questions we had. I would highly recomend this dealership and great group of people to everyone I know. The rebates were great and the way I was treated like I mattered- now have me driving a Dodge instead of a Ford......and loving it! More

only problem I had was at end, picking up my vehicle at 7pm proved to be an adventure... no one knew where it was. 2 guys took my key and went to find it but it took about 10-minutes.
