Unfortunately I do not know the names of all of the individuals who serviced my truck. I do know however that I have been bringing my Ford trucks to Ryan's Chev for several years to get the best custo individuals who serviced my truck. Ryan's always has friendly and knowledgeable service people working and I feel they are honest and reliable. If servicing my vehicles here cost more than other places, I would still come because I place customer service at the top of my list for where I spend my money, but the prices here are in line with other dealerships. Twelve years ago I purchased a car from Bruce Varner at Ryan Auto Mall. He was honest and educated me on the various car choices. Since I am a woman, I feel many times a saleman will take advantage of my little knowledge on cars, but "never" did I feel this with Bruce so he was the first one I called to buy a newer car. When I got to Ryan's Auto Mall, I was greeted with a big smile and friendly receptionist who talked with me while I waited a few minutes for Bruce. Bruce also greeted me with a big smile making me feel I was welcome. I was looking for an Impala, but couldn't find one I really liked so he asked what was important tome in a car and gave me other model choices to try out. There was no pressure, but the same feeling that he was educating me on the various car choices. Needless to say, he found me a 2012 Malibu LT and I love it! Since my 2000 Grand Am didn't have all the "extras" like the Malibu LT, he showed me where everything was and how it worked. He then helped me to set up the Blue Tooth and OnStar. I cannot say enough about his salesmanship. He is an upfront and honest saleman who sells cars by educating his customers and not pressuring them. If you need a car, talk to Bruce. You won't be disappointed! I know the next time I need a car that I will go back to Ryan Auto Mall. I will also continue to take my car there for servicing. Jeff and his crew in the service department took care of the Grand Am's major repairs for the last 12 years and did an excellent job. They are a 45 minute drive away, but I knew I could trust them and get the best price, too. More

It's always a pleasure to go to Ryan's, they've been taking care of my 2001 Chevy S10 pickup truck since it was bought new there. The guys are all friendly and helpful, the gals at the desk are great, and I really don't mind having to go for maintenance. On this visit, I was warned about my battery's low power before I had a chance to ask about it (it was on my list of things to ask about). I will be moving farther away sometime this year, but I will continue to go to Ryan's for all my maintenance needs, because I trust them there. That's saying a lot, because after some bad experiences with dealerships many years ago, I was really down on them all, and always had a private mechanic. When this truck was bought, my late boyfriend was the one buying it, and he wanted to take it to Ryan's. He didn't have anything against our mechanic (who was excellent), but at the time he didn't have loaners in case my Ranger had to spend the day, or stay overnight, so it required both of us to go so the other one would have a ride home. Believe me, I scrutinized everything the guys at Ryan told him about maintenance. One time it was suggested by someone that it was probably time for a front-end alignment. I told my boyfriend it didn't need one (I knew more about maintenance, and vehicles in general than he did), as I tested it on the road pretty regularly - it was fine. Well, he brought it in for an oil change, and was going to get the alignment too. When he came home, he said the mechanics said it didn't need it. That's when I knew for sure that it was a place I could trust, and why I continue to take the truck there. :o) More
