I really hate car shopping. I dislike it so much I drive most of my cars over 250,000 miles. About 6-7 weeks ago, I contacted Amanda Greenwaldt by e-mail and started asking questions. I didn't stop asking and she didn't stop answering until last Saturday when I finally walked into Ryan and met Amanda. She made the whole experience not just easy, but extremely fun. She answered all my questions and even after the sale, spent two hours inside the car with me going over the fancy glass panel controls. She totally rocks!!! My husband and I were greeted by Howie as we entered the dealership. We had intended to buy a used Impala as it seemed the best value. Shane Lynch was very friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. He did not hesitate to offer a drive around in the car, he was very honest with his answers and explained everything I asked about.
