I was able to get the van in for an oil change in right away. Cant remember the staff that helped me tho. My experience at Ryan's Auto mall, in Buffalo Mn, was awesome. Todd Rodenwald was the guy i worked with, and he helped me find the car i always wanted as a teenager for the right price and i got it! Always very helpful staff. I was in for routine service as part of my maint plan on my new Chevy Silverado (which I love, by the way). Scheduled maint was done and they did a tread check and determined tha as part of my maint plan on my new Chevy Silverado (which I love, by the way). My overall experience was phenomenal and will definitely be my dealership of choice in the future. The only reason I didn't rate it very good across the board was because my initial visit was to test drive be my dealership of choice in the future. The only reason I didn't rate it very good across the board was because my initial visit was to test drive the vehicle I ended up purchasing, however I drove almost 40 miles to test drive the vehicle only to arrive and find out the vehicle could not be found and I was not able to test drive it. However, I was contacted the following business day that the vehicle had been located and that there had been a mix-up. I came back that night and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Amanda Greenwaldt was a great help during the process and made me extremely comfortable during such an important decision and investment and I am very glad that I got the chance to work with her. She has been a great help after my purchase as well with some questions that I had regarding my warranties. Jeff Seibert helped me with my financing and worked diligently with the banks to find me a price and payment schedule that worked well within my budget and I couldn't be more grateful for that.
