I like this dealership's concept of no haggling on $prices -because of their already low prices - it makes buying a car less stressful. Buying a car is a major major purchase, which causes enormous stress. I drove five hours one way to buy my car from Ryan Auto Mall. From the moment I got there I felt as if I had been there before. I bought the car without seeing it in person, touching it, driving it, sitting in it. I did not know if the pictures I had seen on the internet were accurate. I was concerned about if there were any dings not noticeable in the pictures, had the previous owner been a smoker and the car would smell terrible and irritate my sinus. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a major purchase. My salesman Bruce was honest and forthcoming. I drove the car home 5 hours and loved the car. It smelled like new, looks like a gem and drove like a Cadillac. I recommended someone to this dealer before I had even arrived home. More
