We inquired online regarding good used Cheverolet Malibu's when Jake Jacobson contacted us and we began working on our vehicle needs. Ultimately, we were far better off going with a brand new 2012 C Malibu's when Jake Jacobson contacted us and we began working on our vehicle needs. Ultimately, we were far better off going with a brand new 2012 Chevy Malibu. Jake was a good listener and learned about how we were planning to use the car (business, over 40,000 miles/yr) and was very willing to keep our budget in mind. After deciding on and purchasing the car, we were ready to drive away when upon final inspection, I noticed a scratch on the rear trunk lid. We felt bad, not only for us, but also for the predicament for Jake, quite honestly, as it cannot be very often that when delivery of a vehicle is taking place, something like this jumps out at you. Nonethless, Jake took charge, went and spoke to his manager and the manager of the body shop, and by now it was past 7 PM. He assured us it would be taken care of - no worries. I must say that he made even this situation go so smoothly. We came back a few days later, and all the shop did was swap out a new trunk lid and we were back on the road in under 10 minutes. No down time for masking, painting, touching up and all that hassle. What a dealership! We couldn't be more pleased with the service which all began with Jake and continued through the purchase, and even an immediate repair. We truly like the car, and are getting just shy of 31 mpg with mostly highway driving and a little city driving mixed in. Brought in my vehicle for repair and they said it would be 3 days, well it was 7 days and the amount was around $400 over the estimate, I understand that it may go over but that is quite alot. Anyway got it back after the 7 days and drove it the next day to the grocery store went to open the back door and I heard a crunch and they had put the molding back on wrong, it was put on to far to the front door. So we had to take back for them to look at and they have to reorder the part, then we will have to take back again and also come back again when it is finished. So alot of running back and forth which is about 25 miles one way for us, so not happy about that. Mike Boyd was very nice and was very sorry for the mistake and he said it would get taken care of and I know it will, just alot of running back and forth and inconvenience to us. We have had Ryan do alot of work for us in the past and we were very happy just this time they missed up. Over the last 20 years we have purchased all our vehicles from Ryan, so I would still reccommend you to others. More
