My husband and I had been looking for just the right truck for about six weeks when we met Jeff Seibert. He was the only salesperson who brought the current new truck discounts to our attention. We offered another dealership whom we had worked with the opportunity to get the truck we wanted for the same money...they were $1600 more than the price Ryan sold it to us for! We like Ryan Auto Mall. Good selection of vehicles and most of the people we met were very nice. With that said we didn't end up buying our vehicle from Ryan because of our horrible salesman. The whole time he was more concerned with telling us that he is the most honest salesman in the business and was telling us all about his pay plan and getting paid. He said that he only wanted to deal with buyers not lookers. A couple of times he was even complaining about some other customers.He was being very unprofessional. We had found a vehicle that we wanted and we wanted to know what our payments would be and talk to the finance people. He said that our rate would be about 1.9 without even talking to finance. This is the second new vehicle I've purchased from Ryan and the experience has been great both times. Also, financing was simple. All I had to do was give them my information over the phone so when I came in to pick up the truck, everything was waiting for me to review and sign. There was no pressure to buy an extended warranty - it was offered and after I politely declined, we moved on. Overall - Excellent dealership with excellent employees! More

I took my car in for an oil change and asked if they could check out the check coolant light problem which has been an annoying problem for some time . After finding it was the coolant level sensor and it would take an hour or so to fix , we were shuttled to and from a local restaurant where we could have lunch. The car was ready when we got back, so we were off to check out the new cars and John Fuller was there to answer all our questions, he was fabulous !
