Overall our van purchase was good. We did first end up with a used vehicle NOT quite suited to our needs, and we found this out after driving it for two days....but we were able to return it... and we end with a used vehicle NOT quite suited to our needs, and we found this out after driving it for two days....but we were able to return it... and we ended up purchasing a NEW van instead of a used one. Our salesman, Jake, was wonderful. He took into consideration EVERY option we wanted and helped us find the vehicle that fit us best for our family vacation. I am sure we will be trading this van for a new car in the Fall of 2012 and we will definitely go to Jake for the sale! This is the 4th vehicle we purchased from them in 2 years. We are pleased with Ryan Auto and don't mind the 2 hour plus drive to get there. Customer service is a HUGE deal to us, and if we have to drive that far to get it.. we will. Our local dealer misses out on several sales of vehicles due to their lack of customer service... and Ryan Auto will get our business instead. We love Ryan Auto's huge selection and our salesman, Jake was SO knowledgeable. If he hadn't done his research and looked in to EVERY option..we wouldn't have gotten the best deal. He found a great NEW van, that was only a bit higher in price than the used ones we were looking at. I appreciate his honesty.. and his patience in helping me find exactly what we need and within our budget! More

Bruce Varner is excellent in his customer service. He is very helpful, courteous, and respectful. These things I look for first in any sales as I too am in sales and I know that this is the first and most i very helpful, courteous, and respectful. His quality of work is very high and it shows as he puts 100% into his work. He is a very friendly person, and I felt that when I first met him. I felt at ease immediately. My experience with him was great because of all the above and I will soon settle on the car that I want. I know he will find the best car that he can for me because this is the type of person that he is. He knows how to sell and keep people coming back. The prices have not been the problem at all for me as they are very competitive with other places that I have visited. I will for sure be back to buy my car from Bruce. More

Scott was great when assisting us in the purchase of our new 2011 Chevy Traverse. We have young children so he did a lot of work for us without us having to sit for hours at the dealership. It was late in the day, 8:00 pm. We are from out of the area, and got lost getting to the dealership. We must have called Jake 3 or 4 times for directions.
