I have decided to buy my vehicles through the internet (car soup) because of this reason. I saw the Dodge Journey that Jake put on the website and contacted him right away. I did contact other dealerships about the Dodge Journey and was hasseled on e-mail and on the phone. Jake was the only sales person that didn't call me repeatedly and send a ton of e-mails. He was persistant, but not hasseling in anyway and I so appreciated this in him. I knew that he would be someone I could work with and decided to go to the dealership. I arrived at Ryan Auto Mall and every sales person greeted me and was very personnal. Jake was never pushy and I felt comfortable. Being a woman buying a vehicle can be a little scary!!! I did do my research on the Dodge Journey before I came in so I also knew many things about this vehicle. I had financing set up through my bank and Jake gave me a better rate through his financing department. I liked that he was open to all communications to contact him. I could text, call, or e-mail him. We talked on the phone, emailed, and texted. Jake called me after I got my Dodge Journey to see how everything was going. He was so WONDERFUL to work with!!!
