Purchase experience at Ryan Auto Mall was great! I was able to view Ryan's inventory for the car I wanted and view the price online. When we arrived the car was ready and waiting for a test drive which we were able to test drive without having the salesman ride along. No pressure to up sell to a different vehicle. Within a few hours, completed the financing process and drove off with a new car. Waiting area is comfortable - coffee, flat screen, work stations. All this accomplished in spite of the MN State shutdown! More

I had a very positive experience, with straight forward discussion on pricing and I felt they listened to my reasoning on the offer. Went for a 2011 HHR that was on sale. Originally went to a dealer a town over that offered one with about 30k miles for 16K. Moreover, the salesperson, Steve, was very accommodating and straight forward (as opposed to the previous dealer who I believe did a bait and switch). The no nonsense talk and the absence of the cheesy one liners salesman give made the sale easy and enjoyable. More
