Upon arriving at the RYAN Buffalo Dealership, I asked for Scott Goodmanson, because I had bot a "near-new" used Astro Van from him before, and was very satisfied with that vehicle (still am), and with my pre Scott Goodmanson, because I had bot a "near-new" used Astro Van from him before, and was very satisfied with that vehicle (still am), and with my previous positive experience with Scott Goodmanson. I had also scanned the "CAR SOUP" listings on line, and found that RYAN had in stock two 2010 EXPRESS Passenger VANS I was interested in. Scott was very helpful in showing me the two vans, answering my many questions, and then turned me loose to look the vans over in more detail, without any "sales pressure". After a test drive, and a few more questions answered, I was convinced the Express Van I selected was right for me. I was not satisfied with the trade-in allowance the used car manager proposed for my older van, so I decided to purchase the 2010 Expess Van without a trade-in. Better for RYAN....not so much for me, but I can live with it.....(The price was fair) I look forward to enjoying my 2010 CHEVY EXPRESS VAN for years to come. John Bonneville Plymouth, MN More

I am very pleased with the service and sales I recently recieved from the crew at Ryan Chevrolet when I purchased my Suburban. The dealership was clean and attractive. They has lots of inventory to look at and had many choices among the model suburban I was looking for. The cars also seemed reasonably priced which is what brought me to Ryan in the first place. Scott Goodmanson greated me in the lot promptly and was a freindly person who seemed sincerely interested in helping me, not just selling me a car. Although he was very busy at the time, he made sure I was taken care of and led me thru the process quickly and expertly. He made sure other people assisted me as needed and they were kind, courteous and quick as well. I did not feel pressured to buy and the negotiations were comfortable and honest. Overall it was a great car buying experience and I am happy with my Suburban. More
Sales person, John N was wonderful. He came out in the pouring rain to greet us. With his umbrella in hand. I undersand it's common practise to then try to sell all the add-ons (rust/finish protections etc),however it's breathtaking to see the cost of all this. The lady who presented these options was professional & very accepting when we declined the options. The only thing I would suggest changing is when the buyer gets to the office for the final paperwork & warrantly packaging is presented - give the buyer all the options right away. We were going to declined all warranties originally and after that the gentleman (who was very nice & friendly) verbalized a $100 deducitable option we did take out a warranty. Since then I have heard of a $200 deducible & we would certainly have considered this option as wekk had we known of it. So please in the future, have your people give all the option up front and let the consummer be able to weight all their options for what is best finicially for them. Your people at the dealership were friendly, knowledgeable & very pleasant to work with. This was from John N who came out in the rain to greet us, the young woman behind the receptionist desk and all the others we delt with. I would suggest to anyone looking for a car to talk to John N. As I side note, this was not our 1st trip to a Chev dealer looking for a vehicle, but when John suggested the Equinox & we took it for a drive, it was sold! More

The truck was listed for sale on eBay and after visitin Ryan Chevrolet, I recently purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Short Box Pickup from your dealership. The truck was listed for sale on eBay and after visiting with Bruce Varner several times about questions that I had, I chose to use the Buy It Now. My concerns were that all of the paperwork that came with the truck when it was new would be with it when I purchased it. I received many excuses and received no paperwork of any kind. I also asked about the condition of the paint on the pickup. He assured me there was only one scratch on the truck. Upon arriving at the dealership I noticed there were several more and it was in your presentation room where I could not see that you had actually buffed completely through the paint on the driver's door. I would like to thank the dealership for the lady who picked me up at the airport and transported me to your dealership. She was very kind and prompt. Upon thinking about this transaction, if I had to do it again, I would have had her take me to the airport and I would have flown back without the truck. I also found it interesting that your dealership wanted my social security number when I paid for the truck with a cashier's check. I did not give them the social security number and by law, unless financing, you cannot request a customer's social security number. I have not yet left feedback on eBay for this purchase but at this point I am sure it will not be favorable. We have a number of vehicles from pickups to Escalades, from Corvettes to entry level Chevrolet products and we have purchased from many dealers, but never had this experience. I have yet to be contacted by the dealership since the purchase of this truck except for a survey which I declined hoping we would resolve some issues. Bruce indicated he would provide me with an Owner's Manual which is far from all the paperwork that the truck came with. I have yet to see that. I am considering sending a carbon copy of this letter to the regional representative for your Chevrolet dealership as well as the Better Business Bureau. More
