Good service department. I have had quite a bit of warranty work done on my car in the last 2 years, it is not Ryan Chevrolet's fault, but they always do their best to make me happy. We needed to find a late model, lower mileage vehicle after an encounter that my Grand Prix had with a very unlucky deer. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, I just knew that the car HAD to be a 6 cylind after an encounter that my Grand Prix had with a very unlucky deer. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, I just knew that the car HAD to be a 6 cylinder, nicely equipped, with leather and a sunroof. I found a car at our local dealer that I really liked, but just could not come to terms as far as the price was concerned. I didn't feel I was being stubborn, just realistic. I found a car on the internet at Ryan that I thought might fit my needs. I had talked to Dermott beforehand, so he knew that my husband and I were coming over to take a look at the car, an Impala LT. I drove the car and even though it was a 6cyl 3.5, it did not seem zippy enough. He looked through the inventory on the computer looking for another Impala LT with the bells and whistles I wanted with the 3.9 that was in my price range without much luck. He then thought of a car that one of his co-workers had been driving as a perk. I drove the car, a red 3.9 that had everything I wanted. I thought it was a very fair price. He printed a car fax on it, and I ended up buying the car. Everyone at Ryan that we encountered was friendly and professional, and I give them 2 thumbs up. It was well worth the drive to Buffalo! I dealt with Bruce and bought a car sight unseen.....I flew from NH/NY after much apprehension.
