Prior to my visit to Ryan Auto Mall, I had only previously spoke with Dermott over the phone...I had expressed my interest in purchasing a used Chevy Malibu. I haven't purchased a vehicle with low mileage for a good number of years, and wanted to discuss a vehicle displayed on the dealer web page...Our introductions were simple and professional. I obtained valuable information to use, in my search to replace an older car. After speaking with Dermott, I continued to use the web and obtain information on new vs used. On a Friday morning that I had free, I stopped in to Ryan Auto Mall just to introduce myself, and discuss further the time frame that I had in mind for replacing my vehicle. It was early. I believe they had just opened. I was immeadiatly asked if I could be helped. I asked if Dermott was in and possibly had a few minutes for an unannounced visit. It was pleasant to arrive early, and not feel pressure like I would be the 'first customer of the day'. Dermott was in, and we were able to discuss further my interest in the Malibu. After taking a test drive...this was the one. Dermott then helped step me thru the process...and a new 2011 vehicle was purchased. I've been to auto dealerships in the past, where I've felt pressured and even felt that I wasn't an important part of that sales persons day. This was not the case with Ryan Auto Mall working with Dermott and staff. I'm pleased to say at this point...I'm glad I had decided to visit Ryan Auto mall that Friday morning. More

We initially found this vehicle on ebay. Price was very reasonable and with incentives, ond the loyalty credit, we got a fantastic deal. The thing about car salespeople is that they all really suck. However, Jake is different. He is a "straight up" guy, a guy like me, a guy like the guys I went to school with.
